Michael Brunk
Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years of leadership in health, wellness, and recovery services, Michael has built a career focused on driving operational excellence, launching successful startups, and delivering impactful programs. As Chief Market Officer at Paramount Wellness Retreat, he played a pivotal role in establishing a 36-bed substance use treatment facility from the ground up.

His operational expertise was honed in leadership roles overseeing large, full-service wellness facilities including Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness, LA Fitness, and Equinox Fitness. His leadership has always emphasized building relationships, whether designing wellness programs for entire communities or working one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

His commitment to Pathfinder Recovery is deeply personal. After losing his brother to substance use disorder, he dedicated himself to creating a solution where others can find hope, healing, and lasting recovery. By combining cutting-edge telehealth technology with a compassionate, client-centered approach, Michael believes countless lives can be saved.

Eliza Foltz
Chief Marketing Officer

Eliza is a results-driven executive with a proven track record in leadership, business development, and innovation across behavioral healthcare, technology, and retail. As a woman in long-term recovery who attended nine different residential treatment programs before finding lasting recovery at home with the help of a skilled addiction psychiatrist, trauma therapist, and MAT, Eliza believes in the power of peer coach support, medication management, and intensive outpatient work, alongside family and community support.

Eliza truly believes that recovery is not one-size-fits-all, and that many individuals are not best served in a traditional brick-and-mortar program.

Most recently, Eliza served as Chief Growth Officer at Pretaa, a behavioral analytics company using biometrics sourced from proprietary smart rings to improve outcomes and individualize care. Eliza was the first employee at Pretaa and scaled the company in her two and a half years there, securing partnerships with several dozen industry-leading facilities.

In addition to her role at Pathfinder Health Systems, Eliza serves as the Director of Sponsorships & Vendors at Pathways to Innovation, a conference for the behavioral healthcare industry focused on bringing top programs and changemakers together to transform care.

Eliza's goal at Pathfinder Recovery is to save one million lives, an ambition she truly believes is viable.
